1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TaxWise at taxwise.gravitasorg.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use TaxWise. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. Description of Service
TaxWise is a tax estimation tool for US-based freelancers and independent contractors. It provides estimates of quarterly tax obligations based on information you enter. TaxWise is not a tax filing service and does not submit returns to the IRS or any tax authority on your behalf.
3. Not Tax or Legal Advice
Important Notice
TaxWise provides general tax estimates for informational purposes only. The calculations are based on publicly available IRS tax brackets and rules. They do not constitute tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Results may not account for all individual circumstances. You should consult a qualified tax professional before making any financial decisions based on TaxWise estimates. Gravitasorg is not liable for any tax penalties, underpayments, or financial losses resulting from reliance on TaxWise calculations.
4. Account Registration
To access paid features you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
TaxWise offers paid subscription plans billed monthly in USD. Subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Gravitasorg reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to registered users.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use TaxWise for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the product.
- Use automated tools to scrape or stress-test the service.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Misrepresent your identity.
8. Intellectual Property
TaxWise and all associated content, design, code, and branding are the property of Gravitasorg. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of TaxWise without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TaxWise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tax calculations will be perfectly accurate for every individual situation. Tax laws change frequently and we make reasonable efforts to keep calculations current but cannot guarantee they reflect the most recent changes at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravitasorg's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of TaxWise shall not exceed the amount you paid to Gravitasorg in the three months preceding the claim. Gravitasorg is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
Gravitasorg may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
