Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all TaxWise subscription purchases made at taxwise.gravitasorg.com. All payments are processed in USD by Razorpay.
2. Free Trial
TaxWise subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Account Settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund in these situations:
- You were charged after cancelling during the free trial due to a technical error on our part.
- You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a system error.
- You experienced a complete inability to access TaxWise for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our platform being down, and you reported it to us during that period.
We do not offer refunds in these situations:
- You forgot to cancel before the trial ended.
- You no longer need the service.
- You did not use the service during the billing period.
- You found the calculations to be different from what a tax professional told you. We recommend using TaxWise alongside professional advice.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@gravitasorg.com with subject line “Refund Request” and include your account email address and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at hello@gravitasorg.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve any billing issues quickly and fairly.
